On the top of my list is Naota from FLCL because he's awesome. Next would be Commander Amarao from again, FLCL. *eyebrow twitch*
My friend once made a joke and said he would cosplay as Lucy from the FIRST episode of Elfen Lied, wearing nothing but a helmet...I hope he was joking.
Hm...I gotta get a Haruko costume for my gf. :D
