Who would YOU Cosplay as?

I've had a couple problems cosplaying at the total of two cons I've been to. The first character I ever tried to be was Rangiku from Bleach. I had to borrow my large boobed friend's bra and stuff it. The rest was really sloppy, wasn't proud at all. The second one was Lucy from Elfen Lied. That one I never even wore, because even though the clothes were decent, I hated the Wal-Mart quality wig. From then on, I decided that if I ever cosplay, it was going to be top notch and I'd look good in it.

So I think it'd be cool to cosplay as someone from Hetalia(preferably America). My friend also showed me some cute gothic lolita stuff that I could maybe pull off.
