The cartoons I watch and enjoy currently are Sym-biotic Titan, Thundercats (Yay Teletoon Retro!), and Adventure Time.
Adventure Time is definitely the best of the three.

You know who was the artist for Eek? The same guy who drew the Whammy on Press Your Luck. That was my favorite game show ever when I was a kid.

South Park, Family Guy, American Dad, and probably Avatar hit the list at modern. However Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff girls, and anything by Genny especially Samurai Jack is just awe inspiring. Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Kids Next Door, Courage the Cowardly dog is also good. Any Disney Renaissance movie especially Mulan, and Lion King are my favorites.
