I am stuck in Final Fantasy 7 I was at the golden saucer now I am at the desert and I am lost where do I go next? Thanks ^ ^

You gotta make your way out into the endless desert portion and keep searching out there until you find an area that's not endless desert, you'll know because it will look like a junkyard, and from there go north I believe. It's usually pretty easy to find the area if you go straight right once you leave the gates into the desert.
